Basic Instructions:

1. After downloading the file, select the option to "Enable Macros"
2. On the "Inputs" tab, click on the "Screen Input" button
3. Select "Clear All" and "Yes"
4. Return to the "Screen Input" button and select "Loan Input" to begin adding information
